Parking

At St Clair Park Village, we understand the importance of clear and consistent parking rules to ensure the safety and convenience of all residents and visitors. To that end, this section of our website will list the rules for parking within our community.

We kindly ask all residents and visitors to adhere to these rules to avoid confusion or inconvenience. By following these rules, we can work together to maintain a pleasant and safe living environment for everyone at St Clair Park Village.

Private parking spots

Parking marked in yellow and having a unit number on them are for private use only. If you park in those parking spots and you are not allowed to do so, you will be fined and/or towed.

If you own a private parking spot and someone is parked on it, please get in touch with a towing company. Ensure you have the following information ready:

  • An image of the car parked,

  • Registration number, brand and colour of the vehicle, and

  • Your unit number and contact details.

As a private car park is part of your property, you have the right to get the vehicle removed.

Visitor parking

At the village entrance, we have displayed a large informative sign (on the first light post), and further signs are displayed around the property relating to the terms & conditions of parking at St Clair Park. Towing terms and conditions are displayed on red/orange signs.

Below is a summary stipulating the Parking rules at St Clair Park:

  • A vehicle parked on yellow lines or parking in 24HR no parking zone will be immediately fined or towed.

  • When your visitor is parking in a car park, you or your visitor will have to register the allocated numbered spot (white car parks numbered from 500 to 555) on the Kiwi Park app where the visitor's car is parked.

  • If the app is not activated, infringement or towing enforcement will follow.

  • You will have to register your presence, even for the four free hours of parking.

  • After the four free hours of parking, you can purchase more time.

  • Please note that having an infringement notice doesn't exclude being towed. The towing enforcement system and the infringement notice system act as separate entities.

Download the app

You can find more information about the app on the Kiwi Parking website www.kiwi-park.co.nz.

An infringement notice can be appealed through this website www.nzenforcement.co.nz.

If your car is towed, please contact Super City Towing directly at 09 377 7776.

The Body Corporate Manager nor the Site Manager have no power in dealing with towed cars and infringement notices.
