Important notes

To ensure proper use of the gate check that:

  • You are in possession of the remote controls (at least 2 per unit); and

  • you have updated phone numbers registered in the system (max 3 per unit - the same number is also used for the intercoms); and

  • you have saved the gate numbers to your phone contacts.

Owners can contact the BC Office to request updates. Tenants, please ensure your property manager organises this for you.

The vehicle and pedestrian gates can be operated with a remote control or with your mobile phone. To request the complete Quick Gate Instructions, please fill in the form below.

Visitors intercoms (vehicle entry gate and pedestrian gate)

Near the vehicle entry gate and outside the pedestrian gate there are intercoms that can be used as follows:

  1. At the intercom visitors press the # key. A voice will guide the visitors to enter the unit number (three digits) followed by # key once more. If the unit number is a single or double digit, add zero(s) before the number (e.g. Unit 1 is 001, Unit 10 is 010, etc.). Please pass these instructions on to your visitors. A voice will confirm that the call is made.

  2. The system will ring five times to each registered number in a subsequent order until one answers.

  3. To open the gate for your visitor, press the # key or in some cases * (star) key on your phone during the call. The system will announce to the visitor that the gate is opening.

  4. If no one answers, the intercom system will hang up and notify your visitor that no one is available.

Emergency services

Emergency services have been advised about the gate. They have a special keypad that will allow them to enter and exit the gates. When emergency services activate the emergency system, the gates will stay open, until the emergency services confirm that the emergency has ended.
